An independent and highly successful accountancy & finance recruitment practice now seek a talented Recruiter to join their team just outside of Saffron Walden, nr Cambridge, as they embark on a period of expansion across Essex & Cambridgeshire.
Rutherford Briant Recruitment was established in Spring 2009 with the aim of becoming the market leader in the Finance and HR markets in Essex and Cambridgeshire.
Despite the economical climate at the time this firm recognised the requirement in the local market for a recruitment business that focuses on delivering outstanding quality of service to both clients and candidates alike. Having successfully developed the business over the last 2 years to a team of 7, this practice are now embarking on a period of expansion that will see them dominate the Essex & Cambridgeshire markets with a medium to long term plan to open a central Cambridge office.
As a member of a “big billing” team you will be tasked with developing the Essex business, specialising in Permanent appointments for predominantly Qualified and Senior Accountancy & Finance roles for leading local and national firms.
Taking an existing database of clients and candidates you will develop your business further by identifying the key employers in your market and becoming their recruitment partner of choice, representing only the best quality of candidates and working by assignment not KPI targets!
You will thrive in a busy and successful office, producing higher fees than ever before and enjoying the commission levels that come with it.
To secure this role you will be able to demonstrate the following;
• A working knowledge of an accountancy & finance desk (minimum 6 months)
• Understand basic perm recruitment processes and methods
• Demonstrate a good understanding of candidate sourcing techniques
• Demonstrate top notch communication skills
• Possess great rapport building skills
